Life moves in seasons.
There are seasons of growth and possibility, seasons of loss and uncertainty, seasons of connection, and seasons when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves and the people we love.
At Time To Grow Therapy, I believe healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about creating the space, support, and insight needed to become more fully yourself.
About
Heather Diemond Labbe
Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT
I believe the quality of our relationships directly impacts the quality of our lives and that our most important relationship is with ourselves. By exploring attachment styles, values and trauma, I address anxiety, mood & personality disorders, OCD, family systems and trauma. I specialize in relational dynamics and religious trauma. I have been married for 31 years and am the proud parent of three thriving adult children. Relying on evidence based modalities including DBT, EFCT, ART and MSC, it is my great joy to work with individuals, couples and families of all ages, ready to move into a season of thriving.
"Over the past 22 years, I...have spent a great deal of time in therapy. Very few people have impacted my life the way you have - I mean that in the very best way"

What to Expect
Our first conversation is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and determine whether we are a good fit for working together.
